We are looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded individual
with an entrepreneurial spirit.
The Director will develop marketing strategy, develop advertising concepts, arrange for product and placement of advertising, and arrange for publicity. The director will also interview and manage employees to form a team to meet plan objectives.
This position will start as a part-time position and grow to full-time as sales revenue increases.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Develop and implement tactical marketing plans to meet or exceed plan and sales volume targets.
- Develop, refine and implement processes for all marketing programs.
- Develop and implement customer service / customer care programs.
- Manage the recruiting, hiring and training of personnel for sales and marketing programs.
- Develop and management budgets, performance, tracking and reporting for all programs.
- Advise executive leadership on strategy, procedures, processes and industry
Requirements:
- A quality-oriented self-starter with 2+ years experience as a Director or Manager of Marketing in a compatible industry.
- Ability to direct multiple projects and effectively manage project timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of creative energy.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Superior organizational and presentation skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required
