Good news, on a personal level. The corona mortality rate seems to range, possibly with a state’s availability of reliable information, possibly with access to technology.

Still to play out what that that means for a combined rate in any given community though, as I see it.

That’s not to say countries with more access to technology can take this virus lightly. From Forbes.com: “Germany now has 48 cases, making it the second most infected European country after Italy. “
